It must be remembered here that different individuals with different body types (ectomorph, mesomorph or endomorph) have different requirements and should be fulfilled accordingly.
2. Daily workout
Daily workouts are essential, particularly if you are living a 9-5 desk job lifestyle. Problems like lower back pain, wrist strain, neck and shoulder pain are common in people working in such environments. The daily exercise shouldn’t be limited to only physical activities such as the gym and sports, you should also exercise your brain.
3. Enough Sleep
It turns out that sleep is crucial for strength training & recovery and helps with muscle repair after a strenuous workout. On the flip side, inadequate sleep can interfere with the body’s ability to recover after lifting weights and inhibits the body’s ability to build maximum muscle strength.
